Still here!

Sorry, I have been neglecting all my faithful readers!! We're still out here, just doing the same old stuff. Megan is not really going to school much lately so she's been hanging out at home, just doing her thing... Calum is still enjoying preschool and playing video games... Jeff is still working a lot, though he *thinks* his project really actually WILL be over within the next couple of weeks. I've been up to my ears in LLL work recently, most of which has been good but other parts of which have been stressful, draining, and time-consuming. I'm trying to make it so that I am doing more of the good stuff than the not-good stuff.

We are getting out of the house as much as we can, trying to get together with other people and make some friends around here. The weather's been sunny but chilly over the past week and we've gone to the park twice! We tried to do some geocaching on Sunday but weren't able to find the first waypoint on the cache we wanted to look for... and this after walking around for well over an hour on almost every path in the park. Next time we'll go to a smaller park with less dense woodland.

I've figured out that I have almost certainly gotten into SFU *but* I will not qualify for student loans until I've lived in BC for 12 months, which happens approximately 3 weeks after the summer term starts. Give me a break. So, it doesn't really seem like the best thing for me to try and start classes in May anyway. I'll defer my enrollment till September and wait till I can apply for student loans for the September semester. Apparently I can't do that yet.

Jeff's home and it's time to get some dinner on the table. I'll try to write more often!
