the perils of procrastination

So, we last saw our wonderful dentist in Mississauga in the spring of 2004. Finally, after many months of putting it off, I made appointments for all of us this morning to go in and find out what was wrong with our teeth. Several hours later, we all came out with cleaner teeth but with many more appointments to make. We all have cavities. Jeff and I have old fillings that are falling apart and need replacing. Megan has to see an orthodontist and needs a root canal (!! even I have never had one of these). Jeff and I are going to have our wisdom teeth taken out and Jeff is finally going to see about getting this extra tooth he has in the roof of his mouth removed.

*sigh*

That "extra tooth" happens to be a family trademark. Lucky for you guys, it used to be TWO teeth!

Oh, Boy. Hope Jeff has a good dental plan! Megan's years of eating crap are catching up with her. Even I have never had a root canal and I'm a "few" years older than she is.

I remember you having imaginary friends too.

Just found out today that one of Jeff'saunts has always been unhappy after having the extra tooth removed. Seems it created space for al the rest of the teethto shift, creating a very crooked smile. ??

Well, we do have orthodontic coverage... guess we might have to send Jeff there after the oral surgeon's done with him!
