Because I've been putting so many pictures on this site recently, I was worried the page would take forever to load for some people. I have changed the blog a bit so that you can only see postings from the last 3 days. If you want to read further back, you can just click on the "archive" links over on the right hand menu. Click on the month you want to read and away you go.

We're having a nice quiet couple of days here, mostly just hanging out at home. Megan made her first friend at school yesterday - a little girl who was just visiting and planning to start at the school in September. They exchanged phone numbers and Megan's feeling more optimistic about her social prospects this summer.

Calum seems to be settling down a little bit and is not so impossibly energetic and pesky these past few days. Maybe he is starting to get used to the changes here.

As for me, I am happily immersed in all my new books. :-) Back to my reading...
