Ren Fest

Saturday we attended the Kansas City Renaissance Festival and a great time was had by all. I've posted a few pics below so you can get a feel for what we did there. Kansas City has a particularly good, and large Renaissance Festival and there really isn't time to see everything in a single day - we missed a lot of shows and didn't get a chance to listen to any music. I feel sure we missed out on some shopping opportunities too, but Calum is thrilled with the wooden sword we bought him and basically hasn't wanted to take it off since he got it. Megan got a boomerang (for some reason, there is a boomerang and didgeridoo merchant at the Renaissance Festival...) and can't wait to try it out.
